Staff was very friendly. They did everything they could to help me. Then the word comes down from on high. They are to busy to help me wasted 5 months of my time. 2 appointments that I had to leave work for the last appointment was just to say they would no longer represent me. At least they didn't charge me too small blessings I guess.

I was referred to Hilton Estate & Elder Law because they specialize in Estate Trusts. I live in NYC but due to their excellent reputation with Estate Trusts I chose to travel to Utica which is about a three and a half hour drive. Within three appointments over ten weeks I had a fully executed Estate Revocable Living Trust. During the first appointment we went over my net worth and he explained all the information that he would need for the second appointment. During the second appointment I provided a package with all the requested documents and went over any questions. The final meeting was for me to read through the trust for accuracy and signing the documents. Throughout the entire process they made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions.
