They (Richard) did an acceptable job, but I was blindsided by the total cost (hours spent) for the service requested. A 15 minute phone call, a review of a 5 page business contract with very minor comments, and a couple of very short emails resulted in 4 hours billed, which at attorney rates was excessive for this task. My advice to you and myself is to ask for a flat fee next time for a small task like this (and shop around if needed) since it seems they have a minimum contract size they enforce.

I would not recommend this law firm. Find another law firm that will treat you with respect and value you as a potential client. I was in search of a civil litigation lawyer. I was referred to Gabe Haws through a mutual acquaintance. I called and left a message with his secretary, Court. Gabe Haws called me back on 8/4 and made it very clear he was only calling me as a "favor" to our mutual acquaintance "as they have known each other a very long time". He was brisk, rude and rushed with me. He told me to send him my documents in an email and I did so that very day. I waited a week and called back on 8/11 as I had received no response at all in an email or by phone. I left a voice mail that day that was never responded to. It has been month now (9/15) and I was completely ghosted by Mr. Haws. This shows a lack of professional conduct or respect for clients. Regardless if you want to take a case or not, say something, don't just tell a person to send you documents in an email and then ghost them. I am super disappointed in the actions of Gabe Haws and would not recommend him as a lawyer to anyone seeking one.

Great law service! Mark is my lawyer and he’s very plain and clear when explaining the law as it exists in my case. He does everything possible to avoid unnecessary fees . You can’t find a more professional staff and lawyers

Totally rude receptionist. I didn't believe my wife at first so I called and the receptionist was totally rude to me. But the lawyers were awesome. that's the only reason I gave him two stars I want to give him five stars for the lawyers but that receptionist was so rude I was just appalled. And it didn't happen all in one day I actually made a call to them about a week later and yes my wife heard the call and yes my wife is like I told you this woman is rude!!! they were handling some family stuff for us and the lawyers were great but that reception was was very rude

Jennifer Roark is the most outstanding Divorce Attorney you will ever come across! She pays attention to details and is not only informative but also very quick to respond to questions throughout the process. She is incredible in trial and is very knowledgeable in family law. Her perfessionalism was far superior above the other well known attorney who was representing the other party in my case. I have known MANY people who have hired her and everyone has been beyond pleased with her services. I HIGHLY recommend her. She is truly a gem! I wish I could give her 10 stars!

Awful. Jennifer roark was absolutely awful. Do yourself a favor and research for a divorce lawyer and proper representation. She is not married and doesn't have kids so she has no idea what she is fighting for based on child custody. She has no customer service skills as she is providing a service to the public. Very very rude and disconnected. Divorce is tough already. My case finally started going in the right direction as soon as I got rid of her. Made me feel inferior and told me to basically stick my head in the sand and withstand abuse and harassment.
