Never got around to leaving a review but now that I am I will say best attorney.process was quick and simple and was highly satisfied with the results. Overall 10/10

Poor communication, no understanding or compassion. I would never work with them again worst experience ever. The attitude is completely ridiculous for the fact that they are hired by you and then act like you don't matter. The person appointed for communication rarely responds and when does, doesn't seem to know what is going on or how to explain and then told me it's better of attorney explains because I'm not sure, then the attorney had the audacity to get on the phone and say " she said you aren't comprehending what she is saying to you.." when someone talks in circles and says I don't know what it means or understand then obviously it isn't my comprehension, but their knowledge. I suggest just do better research on who you decide to work with, because there's no way it should be this firm

Horrible communication over the phone for months on end, with no communication from the lawyer assigned to the case and no way to obtain clarification or resolution for urgent concerns regarding an active case. Purposeful deceit by phone operators saying they will pass on the message only to call back and be told by an incredibly rude phone receptionist that they never have and do not take messages over the phone nor do they deliver them. Then the phone operator goes on to directly blame us for not knowing this, despite having been informed the exact opposite each of the times we called. They claimed to have so many calls that they would instead assure that the lawyer contact us, which they never did, and to add insult to injury they refused to listen to anything we had to say and continually cut us off mid sentence. We are incredibly upset about this treatment and horrified by the thought that this is how they would represent and treat our case in court. We do not expect this issue of theirs to be resolved anytime soon and wanted to share this experience as a caution for others.

As a first time going through in Work injury, I decided to give my case to this firm , I was so confused, many questions came out on my mind , unfortunately Araceli did not care about my case , I tried weeks after weeks trying to talk to her , but she always was on the phone with another clients , or having brake, that’s was they said to me every time . After 8 months of uncertainty I found a local lawyer , I feel at least someone cares my situation.

Seems like poor communication and poor customer service is an ongoing trend with this office and its “professionals”, or lack there of. I’m not saying don’t, but make sure you do a thorough research of the options you have for attorneys in the city. Or if you enjoy lack of communication and poor customer service, these are your guys!

Horrible communication. I was recommended this place and told to go to a chiropractor and thats it. No update on my case and I never heard from them again. Scheduling issues caused me to be unable to attend chiropractor sessions so I tried to call to find another place and all I got told was "I'll pass along the message" by very rude workers. I called 3 times and never received any callback, any communication, nor any update. This was in 2023-2024 and they never helped me with anything.

This is a really Great Law Firm and the BEST in the business. Suella did a really Great job on my case and resolved it faster than I thought would happen. Good customer service, but terrible for car accident cases. In my case, the other driver's insurance didn't cover 100% of the expenses. I asked them to use my insurance, and they refused, saying my insurance would only cover the same amount for repairs, even though my insurance is full coverage. The assistant kept telling me the same thing throughout the entire process: there was no way to get more money for the repairs. By the time they finally realized my insurance did cover everything (with me paying my deductible), it was too late. The body shop refused to fix my car, and I had to pay for storage and take my car home unrepaired. I do not recommend them for car accidents! 😒😒😒

Stephen, Diane, Mildred and the rest of the Office were nothing short of spectacular amazing incredible and outstanding human beings !!! I’d like to thank you guys for helping me and changing my life i appreciate everything thank you I’d recommend these fine people to everyone

I don't recommend this law firm. It's impossible to connect with attorney. After being retained for 6 months, nothing moved forward. They wrote one letter and then a dismissal of retainer. Now the attorney wants a fee.

Kelly Hinden is by far the best and easiest lawyer I have worked with I went solo in the beginning until the six-month timeframe arrived, at which point the insurance adjuster terminated my TD benefits by falsifying my records, claiming that I had recovered and returned to work. This left me with an unpaid balance over $10,000 in TD payments. I found Hinden & Bresalavsky through my research and was able to speak with their intake specialist, Melissa Gorden, immediately. Mellisa was knowledgeable and professional, so I signed with them the next day. The other intake specialist, Karla Hernandez, was communicative and supportive; she promptly filed an appeal for me. When I worked with the first lawyer that I appointed, the communication was lacking, which made me feel very concerned and stressed until I met Kelly at my deposition. She was assigned to handle my deposition and was very well-prepared, possessing a thorough knowledge of my situation. After my deposition ended, I asked if she would be willing to represent me. Kelly fought the case as if it were her own money. At the hearing, she was cutthroat and applied significant pressure on the defense attorney, and they settled before it even went to trial. She reinstated my benefits and recovered my unpaid TD payments. Initially, I was under the impression that my case was relatively small, but she was willing to spend extra time reviewing every detail to identify any potential claims that may have been missed. She built my case, and when the timing was right, she settled my case for an amount much higher than I had anticipated. In the past, I have worked with a few other attorneys on different matters, but by far, Kelly is the best attorney I have encountered. She communicates directly with me, without going through a case manager, which significantly enhances the progress of my case. Kelly is very responsive and possesses exceptional communication skills. She consistently keeps me informed and typically responds within 24 hours, and most of the time on the same day. Her prompt and productive communication gives me confidence that my interests are well protected. Stephen Hinden, her husband, is also an amazing individual. I recall when I first signed with them; I had a few crucial questions but was unable to reach my attorney. Stephen voluntarily spoke with me to address my concerns. Each time, I stepped in their office, he greeted warmly with a handshake. During my deposition, I needed a strong black coffee to help me concentrate, but their office had run out. Stephen went extra mile to get me the black coffee I asked for. Barry Hinden, the founder, was incredibly kind. On the last day I was in their office signing the settlement documents, he took the time to encourage me and offered a couple of helpful directions that could lead to a potential career.
