This is a great place to have legal work done for real estate.

Very good experience with this law firm relating to a Realestate transaction. Everything moved in a timely manner and I was pleased with the work of S. Hoffmann but especially his support staff S. Orlando who was my primary contact. Her responses were timely, her support and feedback were professional and first class.

I called and left a voicemail on June 30th. It wasn’t until July 10th I received a call back from intake personnel. I was advised that she would send the information to an attorney. I never received a call back and 11 days later, I received a letter in the mail stating that they were not interested in my case with no specified reason. I would have appreciated the courtesy of a phone call, as I’m sure anyone would. I do not recommend.

Great law firm! Whatever is needed they have an attorney to get it done

I have used this law firm for a few real estate transactions that have gone smoothly and painlessly! I was even mailed a refund check for services not rendered! Extremely satisfied with every aspect of my interactions with them!

Great assistance from Attorney John Jones and his para-legal when I sold my house in October 2024. Totally professional, timely and very reasonable fee. Recommend 10/10 highest.

Agree to terms and after jumping through hoops and providing some personal information neither person I spoke to returned any calls. Doesn't matter if it's out of someone "dropping the ball" or if it's becose they didn't want to be bothered. I don't want to beg a place to perform their advertised function.

Atty patch very slow at responding and handling real estate deals

I used their services for selling my home. The paralegal overpaid the seller’s agent, and was unapologetic about the mistake. If I hadn’t noticed the error, I would have lost a significant amount of money.

I have never in my life have felt more ripped off by an attorney. When I first presented my situation to Joel Patch, he said whatever to take my case. I had said that I had an attorney for $600, but the buyers wanted to close sooner. Never gave me any idea of the cost that I would have incurred, which was over double. The time frame took much longer than what was said could be accomplished. Sue Hunt said she could have done them herself in less time frame. Instead, your law firm dragged their feet at a ridiculous cost.

They are knowledgeable and intelligent

Francesca Spinelli was fantastic throughout my family court process. How often I had my little panic attacks and every time she made sure to show compassion while also telling it how it is. I ended up with exactly what I wanted and she took care of the whole thing. Hopefully I won't have to go back in the future but if I ever do have to I hope I get her. 🙂

We hired Hinman Howard and Katell to do a home sale for us in August. It was a cash sale, and was to take 30 days. As we neared the end of the 30 day period we made multiple calls to get a closing date or any information. No one would return our calls. Finally on October 31st we were told they needed to extend because the paralegal was on vacation and no one did anything while she was gone. Ok, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued the process. We called on thanksgiving, nothing, and they were angry we wanted updates. This should have been a sign but we continued.. finally a closing date in February… 1 day before the closing the buyer backed out. Then we waited weeks for the deposit to be returned only to be told today that nope no money coming to you we are keeping it for the abstract. We are beyond upset with these so called professionals who because of their inaction and incompetence wasted our time, and lost us a sale. Beware and stay clear of this practice.
