This was my first time working with a Law Firm as this is the first time I had ever experienced a charge. We had an incident with one of our employees and it was not handled properly. Or shall I say at all. No communication, no information, Nothing. However Torrence definitely handled taking our money very quickly for retainer. The case was handed off twice now to different Attorneys. Yet still nothing. Refused to bend to accommodate a timeline for a call in Italy. It has been awful. If I could give a negative score I would.
