If I could rate her lower, I would. Called to inquire about my mother's house going into foreclose and she was very condensending and rude with answering my simple questions trying to navigate this process. When a person is coming to you for advice, being kind goes a long way. Would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

If I can give -5 stars i would..Monica is the worst of the worst if you need an attorney in a divorce case..The most times you will get to have a conversation is when discussing payment but after you sign that contract retainer good luck getting any meaningful conversation, every time you call her she always in a hurry to deal with something else. She changed me $2800 dollars. $1000 I payed to retain her and agreed to pay the balance of $1800 thirty day after which she withdrew from my account which i didn’t fully understand that is what i agreed to. From day one Monica seems to be working for my wife lawyer.She constantly keep hunting and searching for stuff that would be beneficial to my wife. At one point she even suggested that i should pack up and leave the country for a few years which i would’ve lost the house my wife and i purchase together. My wife lawyer constantly keeps sending her emails about how bad her financial situation is and even asking me to throw her a bone/ put a couple of thousand of dollars in her account after i send her all my financial statements showing i don’t have that kind of money. This woman have a bad memory problem, she don’t remember a thing. Keep asking you the same thing over and over again.I should mention from day one she told me that my wife lawyer was aggressive, I asked her how about you and her reply was, you know me. Mine you i don’t know nothing about her but the fact that she mentioned that already had me worried, and my concern ended up been correct. From the start i felt like the opposing lawyer were bully her because she kept sending me emails about me wife concerns about her credit.she should’ve known better that divorce lawyers are not hired to protect credit on either side. Last time i called her as soon as she answered the phone she said she only have a minute or two. I was upset because she did this on multiple occasions so i had to give her a piece of my mind. This lazy woman point blank told me she would have to withdraw from the case. Obviously i told her it’s easy for you to say that now because you’re fully payed. Eventually i had to fire this woman but to my surprise this woman sent me a bill for over $1600 with a summary of what she did and the $2800 I payed at the beginning just disappeared. If this woman forward you a email she change you, if she emails you she changes you, if you call her for two minutes she change you for 15 minutes minimum..Mine you all those charges are not going towards the $2800 i payed in full. I can go on and on but i want to make this as short as possible but i couldn’t. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LADY.. SHES EASLY BULLIED BY THE OPPOSING LAWYER
