A lack of professionalism and communication is the best way to start this review. I had contacted attorney Sameer Jadallah from this law firm back in September of 2025 for a traffic ticket. After paying $325 Mr.Jadallah has only answered his phone to me 1 time and explained that my new court date had been moved since getting an attorney and he'll keep me updated with everything in the process and if there is no communication then he resolved everything... oh how I wish this was true. Yesterday I had received communication from the court that my penalties for the ticket have increased since I failed to resolve it in a timely manner, naturally I reached out to the court to see what was going on because Sameer assured me that he would have it taken care of and will let me know if anything comes up. When speaking to the clerk she informed on nov 13 there had been a court date where Mr.Jadallah had arrived and was told I will still have a point on my license (effectively nothing coming down with his legal aid) and I still owed $200 but now theres an overdue fee because I was supposed to have it all paid by Dec 1. When I reached out to Mr.Jadallah about this he claimed to have left a call which I didnt answer and a voicemail. I then sent him phone records showing I got no such call, no email, and no text between september and Dec 17. When I called HJH law about this the front desk lady said Sameer is normally their top attorney and they'll give me a call by EOD yesterday with some sort of update, I have not received any type of communication from HJH nor Mr.Jadallah, if this is what their top attorney is like then the best advise I can give is seek another law firm because this one has no professionalism or standards of communication pictures of all communication displaying this shown below

Worst law office around

My experience getting my wife's documents processed so she could bring them from her home country A very bad experience: * The first time you meet with the lawyer, you're told that everything is resolved, God willing, and that the lawyer is with us and will follow up on everything. * You sign a contract stating that you will pay the full amount in two installments: one as soon as you start the application process and another for the second stage. This means that whether things work out or not is not her responsibility. * If you want to contact her directly, you can't. I only managed to contact her once, actually. Every time I try to talk to her, Asil or Fatima answers. * When we reached the second stage and needed to fill out the required paperwork, the lawyer handed my file to Fatima. At that time, Fatima had just given birth, so I had to wait anxiously for two or three months to find out what documents I needed. * When my wife was initially rejected by the embassy because her file was missing some documents, I contacted the lawyer immediately. Luckily, this was the first time she responded to me. She told me she was available anytime and to call her with any questions. However, after problems arose with the file, and after that one time she finally answered, my wife and I tried to contact her to find out what to do. She wouldn't respond at all, and unfortunately, she started hanging up on us. * I tried to schedule an appointment with her several times to find out what we needed to do, but I couldn't. Asil or someone else in the office would tell me that if the lawyer deemed it necessary, she would give me an appointment. * If you go to her office without an appointment, the secretary will answer you at the door; she won't let you in. * After wasting 5 months, we unfortunately had to hand over the file to another person, and thank God, in less than a month the matter was resolved.

The best firm to get your immigration business done at. They are extremely diligent and always keep good communication with their clients.

They have a heart of gold honest,trustworthy, effective communication skills and great problem solving techniques best law office and team you will ever get and need.

Terrible people. The front desk girl is so rude we just pulled over to the parking lot and we’re waiting in our car taking when she came out and asked us to leave because they need the parking for customers(the parking lot was completely vacant and we were there for a short period only and were only parked there tot all and didn’t even leave our car. Terrible attitude
