This law firm is so unprofessional. I called three weeks ago about getting a consultation. I specified the reason why I want to sue my former employer and said that I have proof over the phone when I was providing them notes. The lady I spoke to over the phone at the time told me that someone will follow up in a few days. I never got a call back, so I called today. I was told by the person over the phone today that they will not take my case because there is not enough notes. I told the person that does not make sense especially when I went into detail and said that I had proof to show (recordings, documents etc.) I also mentioned that it was very unprofessional that nobody followed up and I had to call back to get an answer. The lady on the phone today said that the attorneys don't have time which is why they can't take your case right now and I told her that doesn't make sense being that she just said that they wouldn't take my case being that there isn't enough notes. This law from is so unhelpful. smh.
