Oh wow, where do I even start? I paid $500 for a “legal strategy session” and ended up schooling her on Title I statutes that protect employees with disabilities under ADA—yes, that Title I—while she sat there dismissing every one of them. This place is the classic EEOC MILL: they collect half a grand upfront, barely glance at your evidence, skip demand letters entirely, and route everything straight through EEOC. They file a bland charge, then wait for the EEOC to do all the investigation—for free. If EEOC says “cause,” maybe they pretend to care; if “no cause,” you’re out $500 and they’re out of work. They make money on volume of consultations, not on fighting for you. Let me break it down for future customers: First, you pay for the privilege of a “strategy” call. No deep dive, no demand letter to your employer, no thought to litigation—or any strategy beyond “file and see.” Then, they file your charge with EEOC, giving the government control to investigate at their speed—no due diligence or advocacy on your behalf. Finally, if EEOC says “no cause,” you’re told “sorry, we can’t do anything.” Meanwhile, they keep your money and move on to the next consult. I called their bluff, pointed out the ridiculous legal oversights, and—shock—refund granted instantly. (Sorry Sunny) Lesson learned: if you want actual legal insight, a fighter, not a filler, don’t hand your money over to an EEOC MILL that turns your strong case into paperwork soup.
