Scheduled a call with Keith after being recommended to. After asking me to start to tell him about the situation, he cuts in within less than a minute and was like no and hung up. I was so confused like I was recommended by a colleague, decent thing to do is to have a full conversation without taking over the call and ending it abruptly with no information, no referrals, just unprofessionalism. I initially called the prior week then was scheduled to call for the appointment therefore I should be allowed to speak. Honestly, I get a very sexist vibe from him. Seems he has issues listening, and allowing women to speak. Do not call him no matter who recommended him! Don’t waste your call with an intake and then with him.
Wow, does this “man” really work for you? I’ll happily take down if it’s a mistake. People needing representation deserve a decent human on their side.
I retained Keith for a legal matter involving my landlord. I enjoyed working with him. I found him to be straightforward, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He negotiated a very fair resolution to the case. I also found his staff to be polite, professional, and friendly. Thanks to Keith we were able to keep our place. I highly recommend Keith and his team
I was referred to Keith Andreys after purchasing a vehicle from a dealer with a undisclosed faulty transmission. The dealer did not want to cooperate with me. With his help I was able to return the car back to the dealer, and get 100% of my money back in less than 60 days from the date of purchase! He's swift, gets straight to the point and very clear in his communication. I highly recommend him!
Rude reception hung up on me and I was informed that , Keith andreys has a conflict of interest involving the rental property company in Salem Oregon yet he was referred to me as a tenant attorney? That raises concerns when you’re doing business or have a personal or business relationship with a company that violates the rights of tenants and discriminates! but he’s supposed to advocate for tenants? Dont trust this firm these people lack integrity. Seems suspiciously unethical.
If you want a kind, compassionate and caring divorce attorney contact Staci Johnson. I was going through a nasty divorce with my wife and retained Staci. She wa awesome to say the least! Her professionalism was impeccable. Her communication was above and beyond, very easy to contact and always responded immediately to any questions I had. She fought hard for me and got all I asked for. If you need a divorce attorney pick up the phone and give her a call. Thank you again Staci for all your hard work. Tony
Great firm. I know many lawyers personally, and I've seen how many firms operate. I've never seen client care take priority over profit the way I have here. Should your legal matter align with the specialized expertise of this firm, you will find it to be the optimal choice for navigating and resolving your case with precision and proficiency.
My wife and I worked with Keith when we tried to recover our money that our contractor took from us after failing to complete a Construction project. Although Keith was very busy at the onset of our case, he ended up making time to see us, and eventually took us on as his clients. He doesn’t sugarcoat anything and he was always giving us options on what we could do with our case. We had some financial assistance with our legal insurance, which he gladly worked with. He did great work in our arbitration hearing. I would occasionally have to call him and bug him about the status of our case but anytime I got his receptionist, he would quickly call or email me back. Overall good experience with Keith.
They supposedly partner with Marion County incarcerated individuals as that's where I was referred to them the first time for an employer who wouldn't pay my final check. Seeing as how I was in jail the entire time, my girlfriend at the time, and felonious domestic abuser settled the case with them Today the law referall service referred me to them and they said they wouldn't take my new case because the last case wasn't profitable enough. Ethics? Not found here.
Keith Andreys is the man!
Nine months ago I paid Staci Johnson $1,200 to draft me a will. She was my boyfriend’s friend (and I thought she was my friend too). Shortly after I paid her, but before the will was drafted, my boyfriend of seven years left me and moved in with Staci. My boyfriend said she was never my friend, and was only faking a friendship with me for him. He also said she would never speak to me again because he left me. True enough, I texted her and she never replied. A few weeks later I emailed and asked her to have someone else on her office do my will or give me my money back. Staci declined both and said it would not be a conflict of interest and that she would do my will. Obviously this was something I was not comfortable with. Although I did consult an attorney to find out it I should file a complaint with the bar, was told it was legally not a conflict of interest, however, in my opinion it was definitely a moral conflict and she should have either had another lawyer in the firm draft my will or refunded my money. I am now out $1,200 and had to get my will drawn up at another firm. I then found out that the going rate for this service is actually just $500, which is what I paid to have a will, advanced directive, etc set up- everything that Staci charged me $1,200 for.
Top notch attorneys.
Made an appointment weeks in advance with Mr. Lay to discuss my issue. Appointment was for 3pm - still have handwritten note saying 3p with other instructions I was given. Called prior to my appointment about emailing him info before our phone appointment, and the receptionist stated my appointment was at 11 am. Wrong! Not a good way to treat a potential client. Given the quality of the receptionist if you DO make an appointment, repeat it back to their receptionist several times so you know you are on the same page. Or you will be stuck like I am waiting weeks for an appointment only to have to wait weeks for another appointment.
We certainly apologize about the scheduling mistake. When you called on October 26, 2021, you were offered both appointment slots, and it appears we wrote down the wrong one. When you called in today (Thursday, November 4, 2021), you were offered another appointment slot on Tuesday November 9, 2021 and refused the alternate appointment time. The attorney also tried to reach you after his appointment but you did not answer.
So I hired this office to represent me in a custody case, this was a huge mistake! First off the attorney that represented me was very unsure of herself and very under skilled. Seemed like I did most of the work while she billed me for the information I had to research and find myself. In the beginning she talked herself up as willing to fight for me and she sounded very confident in her skills I learned very fast that was not the case! In the end it really seemed that she was fighting for my ex husband rather then who was actually paying her! Then when trying to contact her office about the outrageous bill I was treated rude and she refused to speak to me.
