Took a little while to get things done but in the end he did get it done I really appreciate his hard work and even took a pay cut to give me a better deal recommend hobika law firm to everybody

I normally don't write reviews but this one I had to. After asking people I know I was advised not o use Hobika Law Firm. Going against my better judgement, I tried to. It's a local firm and I didn't want to drive to Albany. I contact the law firm and I was asked what I was calling about. They transfer me to WC department and I leave a nice detailed message for Kelli Boulia and ask that she contact me. After 3 days and no contact, I go on line and leave all my information and a detailed message about what I was seeking. A week goes by and no call from the firm. Fast forward another week, I call the firm again and tell the lady who answers that I have tried multiple times to talk to someone and ask if they are just not taking new cases. She says they are and puts me through to WC department. I leave a second detailed message on a Thursday to Kelli Boulia and ask that she contact me. Fast forward to Tuesday at 3:45 p.m., the next week and still no call back. I contact the firm again and they secretary takes all my information about my incident and ask me to hold on. A female gets back on the phone and asks about my incident again. I tell her again, thinking I'm speaking with the same lady. She asks about the date of incident and I tell her. She gets nasty and tells me that I say a different date before. She then says you told the secretary this date and now your saying this date, which one is it. I said "I thought I was talking to the same person because you never introduced yourself". Still the female doesn't introduce herself. I then ask her who I am speaking to and she says "Kelli". Kelly continues to be very harsh and rude. After taking all my information, she tells me that she will be sending me forms to fill out. It was apparent that Kelli thinks all WC cases and people are a joke and are just looking for a payout. Unfortunately, some of us actually work our butts off and get injured. Someone trying to seek advice or speak to an attorney should at least be contacted back. I went against my better judgement and tried to stay local and this is what I got. Update 02/10/2025 - it’s been over 5 years and still waiting for the forms to come in the mail. Clearly Kelly is super super super busy. Thank god Alex Dell Law Firm. A much better pick.

I would recommend Mr. Joseph H. Jr highly. They were able to bring my 100+ mph ticket down to non-speed violation.

All around horrible experience between all staff!!! Do not recommend

Very unprofessional, if you want be disrespected, judged, and talked down to. He's your man. 😆 🤣 the secretary Kelly is just as disrespectful and rude. Very Unprofessional!!! Would not recommend to represent my dogs!!!

I sought Mr. Hobika's help to look into suing a local department over some tickets that were issued to me for an error that was not my fault. Mr. Hobika not only acted like he couldn't be bothered with it, when I explained that I was not looking for help with the tickets but wanted a lawyer to look into suing this particular department he responded with "Oh you can handle the tickets? Good luck with that." and proceeded to hang up on me. Well I got out of court today and guess what? I got my tickets dismissed without any attorney's assistance. What Mr. Hobika is unaware of is that I own two companies and they are both getting large enough that I need a legal firm on retention. Had Mr. Hobika not been such a jerk to me on the phone, his legal firm would have been one of the first ones I spoke with regarding retaining them for my businesses. He quickly made sure that not only do I not want him ever for a personal lawyer, but I would not want his firm to ever come within ten feet of my companies. There are better options out there from lawyers that don't act like a consultation is beneath them and your seeking help is bothering them. First and last time I ever seek their assistance with anything, and I recommend looking elsewhere.

MR . Hobika did a good job, I am very satisfied with the results. In the Court house he run the show like a pro . He would every penny. I strongly recommend.

I contacted Hobika Law firm 15+ yrs ago.The firm has handled different cases for me .I can say that Mr.Andrew Hobika and the firm are very professional and do what they say.I feel some need to take in account the firm handles 1000s apon 1000s of cases .You sometimes need to be patient and let them do their job .Just because your situation isn't handled in the time you expect doesn't mean they are not working on your cases.Patience is a virtue.Hobika Law firm has been around a long time because they know what they are doing, they are respected and get results.All of the Hobika firm handles their cases with professionalism .I would highly recommend Hobika Law firm for your needs.We all would like to have results in weeks to months, but reality is it dont work like that ,be patient and trust the firm and you will get results. I'm a single dad in need of legal help with my visitations. My ex continually breaks the court order so I asked Joe jr for help and he said " I dont't see how I could help." astonished that a lawyer would say this; especially to someone in dier need of help. So I asked " may I ask why"? And again Joe Jr said" I just don't see how I can help" I asked you can't help with visitations and violations and Joe Jr. Simple said again with the same amount of distain" I don't see how I can help" . Wow .I was devastated to know that this man couldn't figure out how to help me. Clearly they won't help father's get the visitation that any parent warrants or maybe it's just father's ? I have had many of issues with these types in my visitation case just another person holding good father's back in this world.

It's been 5 months since I employed this Hobaica firm to remove ONE ITEM. NEVER REMOVED in 150 days. I've been begging for my promised 90 day guarantee refund for 2 months every day and I don't get anything but stalling and lies. Games no consumer deserves for trusting some odd to do guaranteed in writing work. Think twice.
