The worst customer service! They dont care

I cannot say enough good things about Mara Terrana and Team at Hoegen & Associates. Everyone was very responsive to any questions or calls, no matter what the topic. Mara has been a lifesaver in more ways than one. She has been extremely helpful, and kind and is always a calm and reassuring presence while getting the job done even when I was in panic mode. She helped me get through a very difficult time, and always gave more of herself than I could have ever asked. This is a great law firm. Thank you everyone !

I don’t live in Pennsylvania, but I was recently involved in a case in the state. I blindly retained Hoegen & Associates to represent me in that case. Yes it was late in the day before a beautiful summer weekend. That did not hinder the amazing service i received. I reached out to Attorney Hoegan for urgent legal help regarding a time-sensitive matter. Despite assuring me he’d call back multiple times, he never followed through — even as critical deadlines approached. When I did speak with him, he asked questions I had already prepared detailed documentation for, showing he hadn’t reviewed anything. Worse, he quoted an outrageous $15,000 for something that would reasonably take under 20 hours. Then vanished again. No communication. No integrity. Completely unprofessional. If your case matters and your time is valuable, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
