Not impressed with this law office. Please read the other testimonials and you will see just how bad attorney Amy Matuszak is. All attorneys are NOT the same. People please do your research before you select your attorney.

Very poor experience working with Amy, was charged over $500 for her to be educated by the court system on my dollar. Which in turn pushed out my case another two months. Every time I asked her to push or fight for something I was told it’s out of her hands. Save your money.

Had Alan Hoff as a court appointed GAL... Outagamie county should be embarrassed to have him represent so many families that are going through such a hard time. He forgot many details and would blame anyone else for the fault. He did not do diligence when it came to following up or following through. He will however overbill his services. He was found guilty in court doing so years ago but it hasn't seem to stop him today. He is rude and gaslight. He will make you question things when he's suppose to be there to help. He seems to take advantage of the weak going through hard times. Run far and fast from this attorney! Any good reviews are fake. Noway this guy has ever genuinely helped someone.

If I could give a ZERO I would. Might as well represent myself or had a state appointed lawyer. Amy barely did any work for me, barely kept in contact with me and when I did go to contact her she was on vacation! I get having your personal time but when you’re working my case and I need to get ahold of you this is NOT okay!! She is very lazy and doesn’t go above and beyond for her clients at all. I’d rather go bankrupt hiring a lawyer that’ll ACTUALLY represent me with having me to Harass them then EVER work with Amy Matuszak again. Couldn’t even tell me correct times of my case which then caused issues with my workplace having to request time off once again because she wasn’t competent enough to do her job. her ONLY job. With having to do so much schooling for a lawyer you’d think she’d put more effort and professionalism in.

I started with Bushaw as an appointed GAL. He was very thorough and asked the right questions and made decisions based off of presented evidence, not feelings. Unfortunately, he took another position and my case was handed to Matyas. In short, I suggest fighting for or choosing an attorney/GAL that has children and is truly invested in the well being of a child who does not have a voice for themselves.

Once initial divorce case was done, Attorney Matuszak dropped off the face of the earth and refused to meet or even communicate with her client. Horrible representation. Firm doesn't have their client's best interest in mind. Update - I am not a client of this firm, someone I know is. My feelings about this firm's actions are my own. 2nd Update - Since posting this review, this firm has dropped their client I mentioned in my initial post. This client is in the middle of a messy divorce post-judgement case and has a hearing next week. All because I, not a client nor case party, voiced my opinion of how they treated their client, they dropped him immediately. The client called the firm to inquiry as to why he was dropped. Dan Hoff stated it was because Amy and her client don't "see eye to eye" (even though nothing has been discussed) and there has been a breakdown of communication. He also stated that Amy was too busy with a current trial to respond to her client. He further went on to state that the client was rude to his staff (all because the client tried to schedule an in-person meeting to discuss his case). These things were never mentioned to the client prior to my google review. This type of behavior is childish and unfair. They clearly cannot take any sort of critique to improve themselves...Anyone looking into this firm for future representation should stay FAR AWAY! Do not give them your hard-earned money... they WILL NOT represent you. Only their pockets!

Attorney Matuszak was very attentive and offered much understanding through the divorce process. Very clear/upfront and contrastive. This is my first time seeking legal counsel and the office created a very positive first experience.
