I am here to discuss the unprofessionalism of Mathew Flemming! I have a family member who met in a accident late last year and has been very ill since. Mathew is not updating my family member on his situation I want to bring this matter to light!

I was involved in an accident back in November after being backed into by a semi-truck. A client referred me to Hoffman Legal Group, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I felt out of the loop—communication was poor, and I was rarely updated on the status of my case. I remained patient for months, trusting that the firm was handling things properly, but it became clear that they were not as thorough or attentive as they should have been. What’s most disheartening is the lack of effort I felt they put into representing me. As a client, I can’t help but feel that my case wasn’t given the attention or urgency it deserved. I wouldn’t recommend this firm. I deserved better. Hoffman Law firm dropped the ball.

Hoffman Legal Group turned my case around. My ex-employer is the largest home improvement retailer on the planet and they are self-insured when it comes to workers compensation. I was injured while working and my injury required surgery. When the surgery failed to fix my injury that's when my problems began. My employer tried to say there were existing problems (arthritis) and they cut me off of support. I contacted Hoffman and spoke with Doug Hunter. Doug took my case and immediately started getting results. Long story short - we won every single hearing and my employer was held accountable and agreed to a solution that was more than I expected. One last note - Doug did not mislead me once, he was up front and did not give me any false hopes. If I am ever seriously injured again my first phone call will be to Hoffman Legal Group.
