Great to have him handling my case.

This gentleman in the midst of a mental health case has used words with me like “oh you may be in a manic episode or somethin now” and calling me asking if nows a time to talk about my case when I haven’t heard a peep in 3 months from this gentleman and couldn’t get ahold of him during normal business hours on several occasions. Then to go on and tell me 26 minutes in that covering my case with him has all of the sudden been too long and he has a medical appointment to get to. He called me at 2:30 pm this day with a medical appointment at 3, knowingly. Using words like im manic to cut me off of the phone so he can wrap up while im reliving a literal recent traumatic issue in my case with him. No sympathy/empathy seems to be radiating from this man’s coverage of the case anywhere.

He is a joke and never returns phone calls. Sorry for anyone who gets stuck with this guy! He needs a new career I think
