Mr. Hogan was hired to represent my daughter in her custody case. I will just present facts. Mr. Hogan called my daughter in his office at 6 AM to prep her for trial that started at 9 AM. A Guidian ad Litem was assigned to the case and he never reached out to my daughter to let her know they wanted to speak with her. She only spoke to the office of the ad Litem when she had to pay. He did not fight for her in court. My name was mentioned several times but I was never called as a witness to counter information that was brought up. In the end she did not win. Mr. Hogan was nice he just didn't have the right fight in him, the knowledge, or time to deal with my daughters case. I would not recommend his services if you have a case that needs time, energy, and knowledge to win. This was a disaster. They did not even consider my grandchild or speak with them and my grandchild was 8 at the time. Those are the facts.

William (Bill) Hogan seemed to be very pleasantly not willing to fight on my behalf in a divorce.

Mr. Hogan is absolutely amazing. He has helped me on more then one occasion and has always went above and beyond. He is prompt, professional and always explains things to every detail and always makes sure you understand everything. If I could rate this business a 0, I would. William P Hogan is the most unprofessional, careless, negligent and racist lawyer I have seen in my entire life. I see all 5 stars which I don’t understand. Or he probably just decided to be that way with me cause I am black and not from the US. We started my divorce case October of 2017. Since then, I never got a contract from him. He never picked up my calls or answered my texts. But as soon as I mentioned notifying the Chief Disciplinary Counsel about his behavior, he would start blowing my phone up. My case drug on for an entire year. I never knew what was going on with my case. I suspected that he was helping the other party. When I told him I was uncomfortable about the situation, and that I felt discriminated against, he abandoned my case after taking all of my money. I filed a complaint with the Chief Disciplinary Counsel. Hopefully they will take measures. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE OR NOT FROM THE US.
