Stay FAR FAR away from this law office. I contacted Dennis Hession May 22nd 2024 from a referral to hire him for my probate case for my late father. I gave him all necessary information (death cert. etc) at that time. He did not communicate and sort of timeline as to when my case would be filed, or even when we would meet for signing even though I asked him multiple times. I first contacted him June 3rd via email asking if he could provide a timeframe for my case, he replied saying he was out of town and would get back to me. Which he never did. I emailed him again June 5th asking the same question with still no reply. I emailed again with the same question June 12th.He finally replied to me June 14th to confirm my position with the state. He still refused to give me any sort of date or timeline. I emailed again June 25th asking for the status of my case. In this email I asked him if he was capable of even handling my case as he was so unresponsive. I did not hear back. I then emailed him June 26th letting him know I will be seeking council elsewhere. On June 27th he replied back with all of the documents magically. I never signed any sort of agreement with him and he has now invoiced me for the documents that weren't even submitted to the court. Not only was he unresponsive, but once I told him I was going to look elsewhere he was so rude and unprofessional I was completely appalled. I went to Dennis looking for help after tragically losing my father in his house fire and Dennis was cruel. He is truly an evil human walking among us and any law office that employs him has no ethical standard.

Terrible Closing Experience, Buyers & Sellers Beware Of Using Their Company

They handled the closing of my house when I sold it and they took care of everything and were great to work with.

Won't use them ever again for realstate closing.
