I had a consultation at Hogland Law Group and it was one of the most shocking and unpleasant professional interactions I’ve experienced. The legal assistant conducting the call was extremely aggressive and disrespectful. Instead of a normal consultation, I was met with a barrage of questions delivered in a hostile tone, and he became irritated when I did not have detailed information immediately available. I was not prepared for that level of interrogation during what I believed was an initial consultation, and the way he spoke to me was so demeaning that I ultimately had to end the call. People seeking legal help deserve to be treated with professionalism and basic respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but after today I’m done. I hired Hoglund & Mrozik, P.L.L.C. for a criminal matter. At first, everything seemed solid. Unfortunately, that didn’t last. I was given guidance that ultimately cost me over $1,000 and wasn’t fully explained—especially how certain actions would affect me later. My case was also delayed nearly five months, only to end in a plea deal that likely could have happened much earlier. I was prepared to let all of that go. What pushed me over the edge was being contacted six months after my case was settled and told I still owed money. Thankfully, I keep records. After I provided receipts, they reviewed it again and confirmed I had, in fact, paid in full. Make of that what you will.

This team is very professional. They will go above and beyond for their clients. Counsel Kinney gives detail explanation in the simplest form of what to expect before your social security hearing and after. He even share other information that benefit people on disability. If your case is strong and you are not approve, they will appeal the decision at no additional cost. They do all of this at no up front cost to the client. If you are not approve, you owe them. Nothing. I tried them and I am glad I did. You should!
