This firm really came through for our family when State Farm gave us the run around and lowballed our claim. Filing a letter of complaint with the Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner, going through several claim adjusters and the new office that took over after the old agent closed up did no good dragging the claim out several months. We got hit hard in the May Owasso, OK This was a bad storm- wind/hail/ tornado 400 yds away so heavy outlying winds. Insurance company tried to deny the claim with a ton of run around, telling us they could not explain the round dents in my roof, it was “ mechanical damage “, they even went as far as to accuse me of brining a ladder on my roof so that must be the cause of the round spoon size dents in my roof.
