I found Mr. Holland during an unfortunate time, acquiring his services to protect my interest in my fathers estate as well as his legacy. He was honest with me, fair on the fee and told me what to expect And what I would need to learn to accept. He was prompt in responding to emails and calls, he also always made his self available in person to talk when I needed to understand or be explained somthing in more detail. He was always professional and polite, respectful, and real. I don't think there is any better at the job, he's a stand up guy.

Should be following the law, and not prosecuting bogus cases for your Police mates. Your attack on civil rights,and justice will come back to haunt you.

They openly admitted that they don't know the law and went ahead and tried to put a innocent man in jail didn't work this firm is a complete mess and a joke look else where for help

I welcome you to visit the facebook page about trooper jason young and all the legal battles the Holland fella caused. He openly admitted he didn’t know the law, yet made a ruling related to it. Who does that?? They’ve spent approximately a year and who knows how many thousands and thousands of dollars trying to fix his blunder. Had to bring in a special prosecutor from another part of the state who ultimately dismissed all charges. Steer clear of this law firm, consider yourself warned.

I take that this guys is the district attorney? That should be considered a conflict of interest. Then again it’s people like this that has the legal system so messed up that innocent people can’t get fair representation.

Jim Holland threatened me with a felony and tried to give me jail time for tickets that do not carry jail time. Instead of dismissing the bogus charges after the video of Trooper Jason Young came out showing him violating my rights Holland offered me a deal that if I took down my FB group about the Trooper he would drop the charges in six months. He claims he didn't know the laws pertaining to my case and that's why he did what he did. I wouldn't hire an attorney that doesn't know the law or follow our constitution or care about citizens rights.

Holland giving out 10 days of jail time for something that has a max penalty of $50. Good luck w this guy.

Worst man you can hire is Evans. Took my money and didn't do anything. Something he could of told me over the phone. Money is the root of evil. Doing people dirty for money ain't no good going to happen to him.
