Sophia Holley originally came highly recommended to me from a friend who used her legal talents to get a 'challenging' “non conforming” use approved for a property in a Cincinnati area municipality. I too was looking for help in getting a project approved on a property in a different municipality. The challenges were not entirely analogous, other than that they were both 'challenging'.
