Retained Andy over a year ago for personal loss case with an insurance company. I was a little hesitant at first because Andy knew the opposing counsel and had a personal relationship with him. However he reassured me I had a great case and would help me win and receive my losses. Over a year has went by and Andy has refused to return my phone calls or emails. Andy’s assistant Brenda who he has used to contact me rather than him has just gave me the runaround now that I have asked for a timeline of what they have done in my case they immediately terminated me this is the worst law office I have ever experienced in my 36 years of living.
