Waited 30 minutes past our appointment window with our 2 year old daughter and were told “it’s okay.” PUNCTUALITY “How do I know this even happened” was her response when she couldn’t find the defendants case immediately. PROFESSIONALISM Rudely grilled us about what we knew and when we didn’t have the information just sat and smiled at us. PROFESSIONALISM Believed the defendant “has enough going on and isn’t getting any breaks.” PROFESSIONALISM Finally told us “we couldn’t get on” after saying we didn’t feel confident and asking what she could do to increase our confidence. QUALITY Wasted our time and would not recommend unless you’re willing to do all the leg work just to pay an unreasonably high retainer and hourly fee. VALUE
