I cannot recommend Attorney Michelle Holmes highly enough. From the very first meeting, she was straightforward, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took control of a complicated employment matter and immediately brought clarity and direction to the situation. Michelle was responsive, strategic, and calm under pressure. She understood both the legal landscape and the practical realities involved, and she moved quickly when it mattered most. Some of the staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional. They act as if they are doing clients a favor, when in reality they are being paid to provide a service. The overall attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. I am very disappointed with this establishment and the lack of professionalism shown. I would not recommend this place save yourself the disappointment and headache.

My mother had a consultation scheduled with this attorney today regarding her business. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unprofessional. The attorney who met with us was not Michelle, but another woman. She arrived approximately 25 minutes late to the appointment and did not apologize or acknowledge the delay, despite having previously told my mother that if she herself was not present exactly at 9:00 AM, there would be nothing she could do for her. This set an unprofessional tone from the start. Upon entering the room, the first thing the attorney said was, “Who is this?” in reference to me, rather than greeting us or introducing herself. No effort was made to create a welcoming or professional environment. When my mother expressed discomfort that no apology was given for the lateness, the attorney responded dismissively and told her that she could leave if she did not like it, stating that she had “come out of her way to help,” despite the fact that my mother was paying a $500 consultation fee. Overall, this interaction was disrespectful, dismissive, and far below the standard of professionalism expected from someone in this field. This was one of the most unprofessional consultations we have ever experience Just disgusting.

Didn’t return the original phone call, rude, interrupted me constantly and was only after the $500 consult fee. Typical ambulance chaser.

Don't go to this one. She does not listen to what you have to say and assuming you don't have a case. I made several calls to other attorney and they said we have a case due to several proof. This lady will push you off the side to not deal with you at all. Terrible don't trust you will lose with her

Called to get information on a discrimination complaint, she was very short with me and acted like she did not want to be bothered at all. She told me I did not have a case worth fighting and it would be an uphill battle. I do not believe retaliation for a discrimination complaint is an uphill battle, but hey she has 10+ years experience. The EEOC says I have a case, and already filed with them. So why is the government willing to help me, but someone who chose this career to help people, will not.

Michelle truly cares about what’s best for her clients and gets things done! She is my go-to attorney and is the best around!
