I was referred to Mike Honerlaw for legal help regarding Social Security/ Disability issues. When I came to Mike, I was stressed and unsure about what to do. After explaining to him my situation, he offered to help. Thanks to the help from Mike and his team, my case results exceeded my expectations. Mike Honerlaw has advised and assisted me on several estates over the years He has been very responsive and upfront on the different cases I have had to deal with. He is kind, caring and thorough. Paralegal was kind and knowledgeable, Michael himself not so much. Was not optimistic at my SSI chances anyway, but the other office I spoke to actually did their due diligence in making sure if I was eligible and answered my questions. A little kindness goes a long way in leaving a good impression. Even if he’s a great lawyer, not one I would want to utilize in the future or recommend.

I’m having a very frustrating experience and it’s the first time I’ve ever in my life contacted an attorney. Last year I was a car accident and while the accident didn’t take my life, it was truly one of the most scariest experiences I’ve ever had. I was side swiped by a double trailer semi truck on a two lane road that jack knifed into me due to icy road conditions. I was scared, cold and grateful that I was ok. However my new car had significant damage to the passenger side as I was hit twice by the truck. I contacted Honerlaw Law Office ad it was close to my home and after reading all of 5 star reviews. I hired Mr. Honerlaw to represent my case as I had no idea how to navigate anything like this and the trucking company was contacting me to discuss settlement pre treatment. I’ve endured months of doctors appointments due to neck injury with pain. I was told all treatment had to be completed before settling. The disappointment is that Mr. Honerlaw makes me feel like I have an insignificant case that he doesn’t have time for. To me this seems unethical to take on a client you really don’t want to work with because you aren’t going to make a substantial amount of money.
