Since November 2025, I sent the online request 4 times and also called and was told someone would call me, but no response from them. I fibally gave up on Hones Law and reached out to other lawyers who all responded after one online request. If I can't get a simple email or call back even though I told them I was paying full rates. The lack or response has me wondering if they will be any good at legal.stuff if communication seems to be a challenge. I am not asking them to take my case or every case that reaches out but like some of the lawyers I reached out to, a simple response saying we cannot take your case at this time is all someone asks for especially after someone from their office says someone will get back to you. If the volume of requests are too many the firm should consider taking down the online requests and being honest with potential clients who call. Telling me that they are busy and may not be able to call me back for a while or at all is good. That should be their voicemail and email response.

I called several times now and have not heard back. Do not contact if you have a time sensitive issue. In response to their comment: I called no less than three times and spoke to a person each time. The last two times they said they would reach out to the team to try and get something going. I hope this helps you stream line your intake process.

So far so good need to remember who i picked to be my lawyer. so leaving a review. I left all my details with the AI and when i confused it, i was sent to a live person. She said bye after a few questions and that a team member would contact me. She did ask for my number so i hope the AI program connect to customer receptionist program well. I'm so nervous and frazzled. I forgot to ask if they know how to work with a customer who has adhd and aspbergers.
