Katelynn Mitchell and her colleague Merritt Decker are the main reason my husband lost 50/50 custody of his children to their abuser! To say she's a horrible attorney would be an understatement. She failed him and his children on so many levels, and refused to do even the most simple things in a custody case like getting financials from the other party, doing a discovery, and submitting a parenting plan. Even with all that and more it cost us over $10k. She's all about the money. And her disdain for the new bill in Idaho to protect Idahos children proves exactly this. Aviod her at all costs. Literally.
