Mr. Chen made me sign my final documents without enabling me to thoroughly read them. I am still suffering medical issues because they took advantage of me during a major time of need. Do not use them. Never felt such a lack of justice from anyone, much less a Lawyer. Definitely was reported to the BAR 2 times, because things were never properly investigated. *Since Mr. Chen offered an empty response, I will add more truth* Having your client sign final documents in an open reception area with others right by is not appropriate. If my case mattered, you would have sat me down in an office to actually go over the paperwork. You knew from Day 1 I was dealing with injuries, stalking and harassment, being bullied, and being mocked for having a chronic health condition. This is what happens when you work for large corporations like NIKE. So big they dont even what is happening. You did not explicitly say I was signing away all rights, yet the paperwork very clearly said this. If you were uncomfortable taking my case, that should have been communicated. That is your duty to your clients. For future clients, do your research. Don't accept poor behavior and excuses over the truth.
