I went to Jedd after a horrific life changing car accident. He helped us to be made whole again. I have recommended him to anyone I know who has been hit by a drunk driver or a victim of someone else’s reckless driving. Jedd also helped us with an entirely different legal matter during the main legal incident. This entire office was kind and friendly and welcoming. Nobody ever made me feel like I had a dumb question. Hopefully I never need legal help again, but if I do this is where I’ll go.

False Advertising. They advertise that they represent Landlords and Tennants, but when I inquire,d I was told they only work with Landlords. Didn't even try to see if we had a case.

I hired Andrew Rawlings on October 6 following a consultation. I was told the documents would take 2–3 weeks to prepare as long as the matter was straightforward. It was. As of December 22 (over 11 weeks later), the work is still not complete. After receiving no response to multiple emails once the initial timeline had lapsed, I eventually called the office and was told he had been in arbitration. I did later receive draft documents and immediately provided all requested names and addresses so the deeds could be finalized. That was weeks ago. Since then, I have sent numerous follow-up emails (including to his assistant) and called the office multiple times. I only reach voicemail and have received no return calls or emails. Most concerning, despite hiring him on October 6 and requesting it multiple times, I have never received a contract or engagement agreement. The complete lack of communication, missed timelines, and absence of basic documentation have been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this attorney, and I have my doubts about this firm.

They were very timely with information and setting times for appointments. They got the results we needed. All staff we came in contact with were polite and personable.
