I retained Mrs. Hopkins to represent me in a complex custody case, where I was seeking relocation. She was able to reach a settlement for us that was almost exactly the same arrangement I had proposed to the opposing party. If she wasn't able to convince the opposing party to commit to this settlement, she was fully prepared for trial, where I believe she would have conquered. She was a pleasure to work with. Mrs. Windett is a seasoned lawyer and did a superb job representing me in my divorce.

The worst law office that you can imagine. They are all about money. Each time that I had a meetimg with Ms Hopkins, she was never organized or prepared. She kept charging me for every email, phone call and text but not actually doing anything to help my custody case. On the day of my court date, she told me to come in 30mins early for prep, and again, she didnt have anything prepared. During my trial, she didnt have a clue of what she was talking about. She is a bad listener. She kept asking the other party things that he had already answered. She was lost and unorganized the entire time. I SPENT OVER $5000 on this trial with Ms Hopkins and she made me lose primary custody of my children. There was never a mediation, instead, it was a full blown trial. She didnt fight for my case at all. She just sat there clueless and unprepared. The office wants to get paid without doing any work. She told me in the beginning of my case that I have nothing to worry about. On the day of my trial, and when it ended, she informs me that the judge is actually a shared custody person. She knew this the entire time and never informed me until my case was over. The worst lawyer and she could care less about women or their children. She is money hungry and unprepared. I would never go back to her again unless you just like giving your money away for free and losing your children.
