Handled a speeding ticket ticket for me years ago.. he didnt end up going to court. Only way I found because the police pulled me over and told me there was a warrant out for me due to not showing up in court.. cop didnt end up arresting me and Horan fixed it later... but still...

Lets start with your foursed to give atleast one star. I have been going to to this lawyer for atleast 15-20 years and have never been treated so poorly by office staff like i have with my last visit. I was told i would have a EMAIL after court with the out come over a week after court almost 2 weeks after court still no EMAIL but i have a LETTER FROM THE COURT telling me i didnt show to court. Court was july 15 2025 here it is july 25 2025 and i havent heard anything from the law office that not normal for them by now ( OVER ALL THESE YEARS ) i would have had a letter from them with the ruling in SNAIL MAIL so why no EMAIL IN 10 DAYS so i call the law office i explain she puts me on hold for a good amount of time she comes back and tells me oh yeah we just got this back i said court was over a week ago and i have a letter sayin i didnt show and i have a new court date she said thats just a recommendation on the cost of your ticket you will have to have it paid by aug 15 hmmm well none of this is adding up i said to the lady this letter clearly says i didnt show up so if i didnt call you today when were you going to send me this info since court was 10 days ago now your cutting in to my knowledge of what i need to come up with $$$$ and the amount of time i have to come up with it why did i have to call you to find out the whole time im talking shes talking over me cutting me off and i said excuse me ma'am im the client and im speaking she kept being very rude snaps off on me saying your not the only one ( so more ppl have a issue with your new slacked off ways) so she said im going to email this to you and where done and hangs up on me.... honestly its sad bc they use to be so good and on top of things i referred MANY MANY MANY PEOPLE just did a few weeks ago but now i wont be back and ill never tell another person oh and this price went up alot compared to before id rather pay $500 for my ticket then his $150 and be treated like trash......i just looked at my EMAIL FROM THE AFTER MY CALL JULY 25,2025 one of the thing the lady tried to tell me it took so long was because they just got the ruling in well ma'am you just lied because BOB signed the paperwork july 10,2025 and the court concler signed it July 11,2025 so that tells me that this was all done and taken care of on july 11,2025 BEFORE MY COURT DATE so again why did i have to call 10 DAYS after my court date

Got a speeding ticket and Horan Law reached out and told me they'd go to court for me. I paid the service fee and asked them when I'd hear about how much I have to pay for my ticket after the court date passed and they told me I'd receive my amended ticket in the mail. I still haven't received it so I emailed them and asked about it and they never answered. I most likely have a warrant now. EDIT: He never showed up to court. Another person also paid Bob Horan, and he didn't show up for this person, either. We both had to pay very high fees and were screwed over by this law firm. Total waste of money. Do not recommend.

I didn't completely stop at a stop sign in my neighborhood- guilty! Horan Law helped me to keep points off my license and keep my insurance rate from increasing. I recommend them "bigly"!

Extremely unprofessional. Took my money but did not appear for my court dates. Receptionist spoke to me condescendingly claiming to only have access to one of my cases when I hired Bob for two. They will take your money and play games with you. Go elsewhere if you value your peace of mind and freedom.
