Grace Wiseman is FABULOUS!!!! I worked with Ms. Wiseman during a challenging contract negotiation for a leadership position at an academic institution within a large health system. She remained fully engaged throughout, bringing a thoughtful balance of creativity, discipline, and diligence to every step of the process and advocating for my best interests. I felt personally drawn to this leadership position—largely because it would bring me closer to family. She maintained an objective, measured perspective that ensured my decisions were grounded in reason rather than emotion. When the opposing side became uncooperative, Ms. Wiseman acted decisively, quickly, and appropriately by involving senior counsel within the health system/hospital to protect the integrity of the negotiation and to ensure that the opposing side could not find loopholes to opt out of the contract negotiation. She drafted a legal document to finalize the terms of negotiation that had been agreed upon. Ultimately both entities determined that we were not a good fit for each other. Her professionalism, composure, compassion, and unwavering commitment made a profound difference. She was consistently prepared, responsive, and present, guiding me through each step with clarity and steadiness. Ms. Wiseman is an effective communicator. I also wanted to give a shoutout to her executive administrative assistant, Ms. Guderian, who helped to facilitate the introduction to Ms. Wiseman and assisted in our subsequent communications. They wont tell you when your lawyer leaves and they leave you stranded having to talk to another lawyer and repeat everything with the new lawyer so youre double charged. Literally the first lawyer wouldnt communicate or tell me anything I was left with people not getting back to me so I didn't know where I was in the process at all. I wasted tons of money to be forced into finding out I wasnt being informed on everything like I should have been.
