I engaged this firm in July 2025 for estate planning documents and the experience has been deeply frustrating. From the beginning, communication was a persistent problem. Voicemails went unreturned, weeks and sometimes months would pass without any update, and deadlines were repeatedly pushed back with no real explanation. There was a consistent lack of initiative and follow-through. Tasks I was told would be completed were simply left unfinished, and I found myself having to chase the firm just to get basic progress on my matter. For something as important as estate planning, you need to feel confident that your attorney is on top of things — and I never had that confidence here. I would not recommend this firm to anyone who values responsiveness, accountability, or timely completion of their legal work.

They really dealt with the nuance and intricacies of a tedious process so that I wouldn’t have to. Lauren kept me informed and helped me to do all the things I would not have known to do myself, and when Michelle took over my case she did not skip a beat. It was nerve racking to have bill collectors calling and writing to collect their fees, but all I had to do was say talk to my lawyer. I needed the reassurance that after the settlement check cleared that I would never hear from medical bill collectors again and that my credit would not be adversely affected by a bill that I didn’t know was outstanding. This is the most competent, on-the-ball set of people I've ever worked with. I had an accident (got rear-ended by a car going 40+mph) and these folks walked me through the entire process. I stopped being harassed by the other guy's insurance company to sign documents that would void any liability in the matter almost immediately. They also connected me and facilitated my own insurance's PIP. This is a lengthy process, but they always tagged up with me at least once a month.They have done an absolutely outstanding job and I never doubted they were working hard for me!
