Michelle was amazing! Very genuine and caring. I felt more like an "old friend" than just a client. Very highly recommended!! Update: had unfortunately had need to use firm again, really wish Michelle still did personal injury. I miss her. I had the worst representation ever, sadly if I ever need help again, it won't be this firm. Life changing car accident from 2019, just getting settled and was told I was an "incidental claim" among a bunch of other information shared, which made me feel like I was not a human, but rather just a notch/number for a case win via mediation.

Do I have a malpractice case? From the very first call Michelle from intake was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the process of determining whether or not I would have a possible lawsuit. It was a very difficult time in my life and Michelle was extremely sympathetic to my loss while at the same getting the necessary questions answered. She gave advice on how to request medical records and how to avoid being overcharged. She gave me an accurate timeline of what takes place and when. In the end it just wasn't enough to prove medical mistakes were made but I now have the peace of mind knowing everything was checked and reviewed. Thankfully I was prepared for this possible outcome. That is because Michelle did a wonderful job preparing me for what may or may not happen.

I have worked with Don Ligorio from this firm for years on my workers comp case. He has been prompt with responses, always answered every question I had, always friendly and compassionate. I was seriously injured during work at a local manufacturer. I wasn't prepared for what I was put through by company management. For 90 days I followed the company regulations for workers compensation. I went to all doctor appointments per compensation law and was told that basically I strained an abdominal muscle and could return to work which I did and further aggravated the original injury to the point that I was not able to work at all. Exactly 90days after the accident I was informed by my insurance company that my coverage was dropped due to termination. The company did not even inform me at all of this event and would not take my calls. At this point I knew I was in trouble, unable to work, no health insurance, not even payment for the 90 days. I knew I needed legal help. I really had no idea who to call. Then I remembered attorney Quinn who I met years before. I placed a call to the law firm of Hourigan, Kruger, & Quinn. I explained my situation to the receptionist and she told me someone would get back to me. Within an hour my call was returned by Attorney Brian McDonnell and we set up a meeting for the following day. After meeting I explained what happened and presented all the paper work I had. I could tell immediately I had made the right choice. He was very professional yet also very friendly and compassionate. He agreed I had a good case and accepted me as a client. I left the office that day feeling so relieved that someone was on my side. All of this took place as the covid pandemic was raging. Attorney McDonnell deserves all the accolades I could bestow upon him. Most of our conversations were conducted by phone as were the court hearings. If I had a question he always responded promptly and made every attempt to lower my anxiety. When the judge complements your attorney in court for his attention to detail and proper case filings you know he's good. To make a long story short we won the case. I had surgery 6 months after and all medical bills paid and received back pay along with disability pay, I couldn't ask for more. I wish everyone was as good at their profession as Attorney Brian McDonnell. I not only consider him my attorney but also a friend.
