Don’t feel like we got our money worth when dealing with probation. Even the probation officer said he should have communicated with her and maybe there would have been a different outcome. I feel like I would have been better off with a public defender. Sounded like he knew what he was doing at first but turns out he was a waste of $2000. Your better off getting a public defender depending on your case.

WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT HIRE!! Told me he was going to do all these things to help me with my VOP charge during our consultation. Once I turned myself in he was no help at all and I ended up doing double the time he told me I would do. If it wasn’t for my mother constantly calling him to do his job who knows how long I would’ve had to stay in jail. Even my probation officer told me to call her first next time instead of hiring him.

I strongly recommend anybody that has traffic law needs to work with Mr. Washburn. His communication was great at every step. He represented me in court so I didnt have to take off work. I will recommend him to anybody that has traffic law needs in the future!

Attorney Washburn has been helping me since 2015 and has gotten be out of a few very complicated and some simple tickets. His price is generous compared to other attorneys and what helps decide if you want to make that commitment with him is that he explains the entire process, all the options you have, what he will try to do for you and he is completely honest from the very start. Attorney Washburn is a very stand-up guy. I had a 19 year old ticket outstanding, and I needed to get it settled. I live out of state, and figured it would be easier to find an attorney to handle it. The first attorney I contacted wanted to charge me $1000 to go to court, and I would still have to pay the fine. I called attorney Washburn, and he advised me that he would make a phone call and call me back. He called me back and told me he would email me the link so I could simply pay the fine. His fee for that? Nothing. He could have taken asked for payment for the 10 minutes it took to get the information, but he didn't, and I really appreciate it. I'm in the industry of providing a service to customers, too, and I often will simply do things out of the kindness of my heart. It's really nice to know that there are still some compassionate people in this world. Thank you, attorney Washburn!!

He I charge more than 5000 dollars for bad advice, He advised me to sign documents that affected renewing my residence, now I am in big trouble because of his advice. I do not recommend it
