For ALL that have given a Howard a negative review, keep in mind he's useful, helpful ONLY if you help yourself through whatever case you're facing. If you don't provide the necessary documents, paperwork whatever it is to prove your innocence then there's not much he can run on to help you. In my experience of working with him for 6 months he has been nothing but very helpful obtaining records, etc as I also sent over rundowns of beneficial information for my case. He may be a public defender, but he's one hell of a one from my experience and a good one if you want to ask me. Don't expect a helping hand if you're not going to give your hand. Just saying. Thank you Howard in all that you do, have done for my case. It's truly, sincerely appreciated.

The first time I spoke with Attorney Roever, he said to me after viewing a video of what I was being accused of. You didn't do it. I knew right there I hired the right attorney. He was kind and listened to me even when I went off topic. At court, he made sure I knew what was going on at all times. Made me feel comfortable because everyones nervous at court. Howard was court appointed to me for my child custody. The hearing was scheduled four days after I had gotten my paperwork. Howard was appointed two days before the hearing. I gave him all the information I had gathered basically the day before my hearing. We spoke on the telephone briefly with me trying to fill him with information that he hadn't absorbed yet. He called me the following morning with a handful of questions and asked of any particulars that I deemed very important. With that, we spoke for a brief time prior to the telephonic hearing. Once the alloted 30 minutes began, the experience poured out.. he addressed every issue that I felt important and truly killed it. Everything that was thrown our way, he cut apart and discredited the what the Plaintiffs tried putting together. Very impressed with his performance. The court date had been on Friday and on Monday morning he emailed me and called me to inform me that the case was dismissed. For such short notice and how much he had to absorb, I couldn't ask for better representation. Thank you Howard, you are my lawyer from this point forward.
