Love the lawyers but one secretary isn't very friendly. She acts like it hurts her to be nice to clients. Brent secretary is wonderful. She's so encouraging.

Called to make an appointment for estate planning. Was asked to call back at a specific time. Called back and someone took my name and number and said Mr. Cates would return my call. That was two weeks ago. I found someone else.

I found Mr. Cates to be a very good source of information. I am having some legal documents drawn up. I trust them to be done correctly.
