Very poor service. Very seldom responds to email and phone calls in a timely manner. He's never available. Wish he would've told us in the initial consultation that he does not service the type of case we had. Instead, he talked a good game and all that could be done to help us. Not far into the case things changed. Couldn't get any information on how the case was coming along. We were lied to many times. We asked a question June 2025 by sending numerous emails and many phone calls. Till this date Feb. 2026, still no answer. But trust and believe when it came time for payment the statements were emailed and they wanted their money. Had to request they close our file and give us all of our original documents. There was no thank you for your business or anything. Trying to patronize your own kind is hard. This case started in 2021. We feel that he didnt have time to work our case or it wasnt making him enough money. So disappointed, because Steve was a long time friend that we entrusted. A big mistake. Also, I received the exact same feedback from other clients in which I was an heir in their case.

Id rate this 0 stars if I could purely for the fact that Steve had no care in the world for my time. Over the course of 3 months I had to call SEVERAL times just to get a simple call back and even after everything got started he left for a MONTH on vacation, because of this my case got immensely more complicated. He also lied to me several times
