Mr. Huddleston is a terrible representation of law. He did not compete a case from years ago, ignored many calls to correct it and required my then daughter (13) now (30) to take on multiple lawyer bills over her deceased father. Today was another example of his lack of professionalism where in court he snickered when she asked a question. His only interest is not informing, just greed.

“My wife hired Michael C. Huddleston for a post-judgment family court matter involving a Motion to Vacate. He charged me a $3,000 retainer and, despite repeated follow-ups, did not file a single motion on her behalf. Instead, he tried to redirect her case into unrelated child support issues, which were not the reason we hired him. When I asked for a refund, I was told only $400 would be returned — despite no meaningful work being done. I would not recommend him to anyone needing a focused or responsive attorney.”

My fiancé and I cannot recommend him enough he did an exceptional job in our family court custody battle he was incredibly thorough and answered all and any of the MANY questions we had and advised us on how to navagate our circumstances and obstacles with the other party he was prompt and on time to every court appearance we had to make and did an incredible job defending my fiancé and getting us the outcome we hoped for even with it being an abnormal predicament. He suggested tools like the talking parents app to be used amongst the parties to ensure any communication that was had was on record His staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful with advice and communication throughout. If your looking for a family law attorney etc his firm is definitely the place to go.

Mike and his team have handled many things for me over the years. ALL successful. He is a very kind and knowledgeable, however don't let is kind and mild mannered first impression deceive you. He is a Pit Bull when he needs to be!

I hired Mr. Huddleston for help me with divorce. He did everything that I asked, and did it with professionalism. He answered all my questions and took time to explain my options and what the possible outcomes could be. The outcome was better than I could have hoped for. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for legal counsel .

Michael is the best!

I received a summons that I had to respond to in 20 days. After suffering a distraught state if being & receiving a referral to Mike Huddleston I called the firm with few hours remaining. Victoria was very welcoming, personable, knowledgeable and efficiently directed me to fill out initial paperwork. Mike Huddleston was just as welcoming, personable, knowledgeable and efficiently expedited a response the same day. I so appreciate their professional handling of my personal dilemma that I feel I am in good hands. I thank God sincerely for my referral to their law firm.

Wasted my time and money. I was asked to contact through email. Then I was ignored when it mattered the most. They took my money though. It has been almost 10 years but I have not forgotten.
