Steve is a nice guy but gave the wrong information about a family matter! Basically just called me to sign off on whatever was left over from my grandpa (side I've never met). I mailed documents back but he never received them and I started to get messages from everyone asking why. It's not my fault if mail gets lost in transition. I asked for another family member to get another copy sent to me to sign and send again. Tried to call Steve myself to get more copies sent and the receptionist wasn't friendly whatsoever.
