Work comp poses all kinds of road blocks to navigate. Without the right questions, cases can just stall out. My case worker was extremely difficult to work with and responded with the speed of a turtle, if and when she chose to respond. Jacqui did an amazing job of navigating through the obstacles, following through for things to be done right, and was truly my advocate. I could not have done it without her!!

If you want to throw your money away Jacqui will do that for you. Didn't communicate. More talk than show. Missed her own deadlines. Jacqui is great at telling stories and she will give you good ones until she has used the money and then she'll quit.

As long as you are comfortable getting an update every year or two at their convenience then Hughes might possibly be ok. Pretty poor customer service unfortunately in our experience. Don't even think about asking for a mere 60 second update every one to three months or they will rudely drop you as a client, leave your case hanging, and bill your replacement attorney for their time.
