Humphrey Law Firm, P.C.

Fairly certain, I have spoken with the same lady every time. But I have been entirely unable to speak to someone else. Still have yet to get a call back from anyone else after leaving several messages over the last couple weeks. She just takes down my information and sends me to voicemail. I have been trying to get ahold of someone else there for weeks now and have only found one person that is entirely unhelpful and she can’t even suggest when I should expect a callback. Might as well just find a different law firm that wants your business.

Both Marc and Al were always available to me and willing to assist. They were thorough in gathering information and details for my case and in answering any questions my husband and I had. They were always very calm and reassuring. In the end, their hard work, dedication, and understanding of my case paid off. We won the case in a jury trial and during appeal. I would not even give 1 star but it makes me. This attorneys website states he stands up for the underdog.. But in my case.. 1.He would not object when I asked him to when forged documents and misrepresentations were made against me. 2. He had the documentation to win my case but decided not to use it. 3. Picked up payment from the other parties attorneys lawfirms office, and an excuse was given that someone "hand delivered checks" to the other parties law firm office. Ask yourself... Why would they not send payment to HIS office if it was for him. This attorney did not win a case even when it was given to him on a golden platter. Instead he worked with the other party for his client to lose. These are not allegations, it is documented. I am also filing a malpractice claim against this attorney. The most despicable type of scam to do to someone who lost their job and home over proven lies, this attorney contributed to the scam. I am filing a complaint with the bar association and I hope he gets disbarred. It a disgrace to what attorneys are suppose to stand for. Instead of working for me he worked secretly against me. Take your chances, if the employer has more money than you... An attorney will sell you out real quickly.
