If you’re expecting them to help you with your case forget about it. Go to another firm that’s willing to help. They pick and choose who they want to represent when others are glad to assist whoever. Good thing I have excellent lawyers handling my case. Lesson learned

Not very impressed with the intake handling part. I spent a long time on the phone taking the time to do the intake process. I was told within 24-48 hrs I would hear back from someone regarding the taking of my case or not. After a few days I called back clueless like what's happening because I never heard back. The girl replied that oh its because we aren't taking your case - go ahead and apply for disability and let us know once you're denied. This was highly unprofessional and rude. I don't feel that was properly handled at all. If this is a reflection of this office, I wouldn't want someone like that to represent me. They can't even take 5 minutes to call someone and then act like your wasting their time once you follow up?

Mr Everage and his office were exceptional. The professionalism and quick response helps to stay on top of your case. Mr. Everage and his office always works in the best interest of his clients and makes you feel included in every step of case.
