After paying them we were told that they were going to file a motion of discovery (getting the evidence) but when I went to court they hadn't done that. They also said that the evidence that I wanted wasn't important when it possibly showed illegal activity on the part of Izard County Sheriff's Department. But I can't say for sure because it wasn't in their interest to get the evidence I paid them $1,500.00 for.
