I can’t say enough about Attorney David Metnick and his assistant Katy Jager words can’t explain they handled my auto rear end collision from Oct 3 2023 so quick explained all my best options along the way AND they got me more than I even expected. Personally, I would not use hupy and Abraham again. I asked on more than one occasion what my settlement would be and no one would disclose anything to me. I hear most lawyers can at least give an estimate. It was a simple car accident case with minal injuries so probably easy to guess based on previous cases. Ridiculous that I had to wait over a year to finally get the answer. I hated that everything went through a paraprofessional or rep (not sure what their title is) instead of a lawyer. Also, I had to keep following up once my case went to an actual lawyer. No one contacted me for weeks about signing the settlement and no one followed up for months about the check. Apparently someone forgot about my case and never followed through completing it.

Unless they know they are going to get anything substantial, they won't help you. Even with a disability. Thank you for wasting my time on the phone. I'm sure when you heard from me I am on state health insurance, you already made up your mind. You should really change your commercial because it is not accurate at all.
