Would Not even consider helping me because I wanted to pay them hourly, said they would only "help" if I gave them a percentage of my claim. Pretty much wanted over $10,000 for a half hours work

Hired these guys in a case for my kid, they took our case, did the leg work, signed my settlement months ago, was told to expect a payout the beginning of June, were almost to August, nothing yet, I called to see if I need to do anything further or to see if we're just waiting on the insurance company, apparently my case has a new lawyer I've attempted to contact her twice within the last week, left messages.....no response.

Absolutely amazing. I was offered $2000 in pain and suffering along with coverage for medical bills from the other lady's insurance. I chose not to accept it and hired Hupy and Abraham. For starters they took the headache away immediately when it came to people calling me regarding bills and/or car repairs. They handled everything for me and the stress was immediately lifted. Hupy and Abraham checked in monthly to see how I was doing and was always quick to respond if I had any questions or concerns. Says medical malpractice,but never meet with me or saw me. And they sent out automated email response saying i dont fall jnto what they do. Hell a dr misdiagnosed me for 8mths! Finally got him to let me get a second opinion and with in 24hrs they knew i had a bicepstenndon tear and within 72hra found out it is u reapairable and when tendon is done tearing(which js quite painful) i will now.longer be a le to flex,curl,ir even rotate my left arm/hand. How is that not malpractice? And why send a automated emaul. Could i have atleast talked to a human!... Very disappointed especially after seeing all those ads abs zimm
