I hired Nick when the mother of my daughter kept our daughter from me for a few months when we had a court ordered agreement. Since that time in spring of 2020 when I chose him, the mother of my child went into heartbreaking lengths to keep our daughter from me because of jealousy and Nick was there and had my back the entire time, and even called me after hours numerous times to make sure I was given my time with my daughter. You can tell he actually cares about you and your case and isn’t there just to take your money. We recently had our custody court case, and even though I don’t know the ruling yet, he did a heck of a job in that court room and is very organized and caught the mother of my child in many of her lies and I left there knowing I was in the best possible position I could be in. His assistant Kristen does a great job as well with responding back to questions and organization of exhibits I sent in for proof. I would recommend Nick to anyone who is in need of an attorney as he is passionate about his job to help you in whatever you’re there for him to do.

I hired Nick Hursh to represent me in a Family Law case that was out of the realm of norm. No child should have to go through a court experience siting on the opposite side a parent instead of having them on your side; as a supportive parent should be. Since my situation crossed normal lines; I chose Nick based on his schooling/professional experience and online reviews. My hopes he would match for my needs but quickly those "hopes" have been proven as fact. He drafts his own court paperwork and is extremely detail oriented. He handled the timing of my payments for his fees, in a compassionate understanding way considering that I am a Single Mother and we are all currently in the CONVID-19 Pandemic.
