I first began my Accident with Injury Case with Husain Law in September of 2024.The accident and Injury should've been AN EASY OPEN and SHUT CASE since the Medical and Vehicle Damages weren't Extremely Severe. However, it has just been Dragging on, Lingering, and Unsettled even unto this very day! During this time period (to their defense), there has been another issue that has arisen that should only have slowed down progress a little, but not to this point. Also, their Communication throughout This Entire Process, HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! The ONLY person that I believe that ABSOLUTELY, UNDOUBTEDLY deserves Client (because he doesn't treat you like just another Customer) Service Awards, Bonuses, and Other Accolades is Anthony. This Man, showed TRUE PROFESSIONALISM from Start to Finish for the weeks that he handled my case before handing it off to one of his Colleagues to start the next phase. His communication was Exceptional because I didn't have to keep "chasing him" to get Progress Reports about my case like I've had to do with everyone else. He understood his responsibilities as my Representative to actually call me to keep me informed after a certain amount of time increments have passed by. And even though my case may be Small in comparison to probably 98% of the other cases that come in to the Firm, he NEVER made me feel as if my case didn't matter, so I'll leave it on the back burner like everyone else has done since his phase of my case ended. One of the WORST things that happened during this experience is that it seems as though the Communication Problem spread like wildfire, especially with the Receptionists. It didn't matter how Polite and Courteous I was when I called, 90% of the time one or more of these occured, I was met with Attitude, left on Hold until I Hung up, or told to call back in a few minutes because the Associate that I needed to speak with was busy, just to have the Receptionists to not answer the phone when I did what they asked. In Conclusion, the Bottom Line is.....you should not have to chase a business that's supposed to be representing you, that's UTTERLY RIDICULOUS no matter how Miniscule or Insignificant the Case Payout Potential may be.
