He took my abusive husband's case and made sure that my children were not allowed a lawyer even though I asked the judge for a lawyer for my kids. My husband has repeatedly threatened my kids, i had to come back to my husband just to keep my kids safe. I am now 7 weeks pregnant and my husband hit me full force in the back with the basement door all because he was pissed off at my oldest daughter. So if something happens to me and my kids it is 100 percent Aarons fault and judge Polk for not listening to me and helping me protect my kids.

After retaining Husker Law, they fail to complete my legal issue. They were unresponsive via phone calls, and emails. I had to retain other legal counsel. I would never recommend them. Mike Sands was the lawyer assigned to my case. Very unprofessional experience! Update: Found another counsel that was amazing. Husker law called me and said we are sorry for dropping your case and the communication as I was firing them. Never use them.

I originally filed for Divorce in August of 2024 myself after that I met with Nathan for a consultation where he was very kind, understanding, and informational he gave me great advice for self representation at that time in 2024. I had no choice but to hire an attorney after that hearing I was unable financially to hire Nathan at that time in 2024 and I went with a different attorney. I was drug through a living nightmare for about 14 months. I then called Husker Law in September 2025 and Nathan spent an hour on the phone with me trying to get caught up with everything that went on with the Divorce Case in those 14 months. Nathan still took my case in October of 2025 despite all the obstacles he would have to clean up from the previous 14 months which included him representing me almost immediately on challenging the temporary child custody order. I obtained full legal soul custody in that hearing and Nathan, Brenda, and the staff at Husker Law walked right into my living nightmare with me they showed care and concern and supported me and did what they do best as a Law Firm. I signed my final divorce papers in December of 2025 in 3 months they cleaned up a 14 month living nightmare for me, I will forever be grateful for Nathan, Brenda, and the rest of the staff at Husker Law for helping me. I have a very hard time trusting anyone Nathan had my trust in 2024 after the consultation he knew I wasn't going to be able to hire him at that time but he still did everything he could for me and he still took my case 14 months later without hesitation.

If you need a law firm that's going to be in your corner, definitely contact these guys. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. If You're lucky enough to get him use Ryan Steen. It doesn't matter what you're thinking, how you feel or what you're worried about. He is on the ball from day one. And has no problem adjusting to accommodate phone calls and to discuss information. He's an educated pit bull, but calm and respectful, when the situation calls for it. I had the pleasure of working with him and I would highly recommend him and his law firm to anyone seeking advice during divorce , especially when children are involved. I appreciate them.
