Seems like a common issue that this firm doesn’t feel the need to return calls in a timely manner and has unhelpful, inefficient receptionists. I can only imagine how poor the service is once you actually start working with these attorneys.

Apparently they have no interest in small cases. I did not receive a call back from an attorney as I was promised. Finally after a second attempt to reach someone the receptionist (Ann) said they weren't interested in the case. If you won't even return a call on a small case don't expect one to call back when they have a big case.

Receptionist was EXTREMELY rude on the phone. I am establishing a new business and had a question about registering said business with the state. I was looking for a law office to do a free consultation with the hopes to establish that my future lawyer should the need arise. She basically told me unless I was willing to come in a pay to get my question answered they aren't interested. They won't be getting any business from me VERY rude!

My husband and I own a small business and someone had come along and started using a name very similar to ours. As all small businesses do, we strive to avoid market confusion. We ended up contacting Hutchinson, Black and Cook, LLC to assist us with this issue and then the steps we needed to take to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. The preliminary work, even before doing a federal trademark registration, was about 2.5 hours worth of work. Today when I opened the bill to pay it, I saw that they had comped us for the preliminary work to date. As a small business, that means so much to us because we don't have a lot of capital to pay for legal fees. We are looking forward to working with this company as we move forward in pursuing federal trademarks and other future legal issues. Thank you so much for your great service!!
